Case Study

Liz is a Middle School teacher. She loves her job, but it’s very demanding. During the school day, she gets stressed and her students become frazzled, especially during testing. She was looking for something to help soothe the energy in her classroom and help her wind down in the evening.

I custom blended her a Balancing Mist of Orange, Peppermint and Lavender to help her and her students stay calm, alert and focused. For the evening, Liz bathed in Epson salts infused with Ylang Ylang and Lavender.

This was one of the techniques I used to help Liz create the best year of teaching she’d ever had.
