My Greensboro Life Coaching ~ Energy Therapy practice is nearing its 10th Anniversary and I’m spending some time reflecting on the wonderful people I’ve connected with.
It is such an honor to be able to share someone’s journey with them – whether it’s for a long time or a short time – because I get to access their unique piece of Divinity that resides in all of us.
As I was putting together my website some of my clients were kind enough to reveal their experiences of sharing their journey with me. I was so touched that I wanted to share some of them here.

I believe our health is multi-dimensional, including our physical bodies, our emotions, our mind and thoughts, our spirit or soul, and an energy component.
